Founded in 2016, Yuxiang Mixiang is a very young store in the list, and in just three years, it has three brands: Yuxiang Mixiang, Liao's keel prawns, and goose Yige, which focus on fish, shrimp and goose, the former has a number of stores, and the latter two have a store each.

Although it claims to use fish as the main character of the menu, there are not many fish dishes in the fishing village of Mixiang. There are only a few types of fish available in the store, such as turnback fish, Qingjiang fish, and guiyu. It is worth mentioning that the so-called return fish is catfish, also called river tuan. The male fish of the Yuxiang Reservoir is the main sign of the store, it comes from the Yueyang Tieshan Reservoir, and due to its wild growth, it does not eat feed. The male fish, green pepper and perilla are cooked together to boil the soup, and the color is golden. The fish soup is fragrant and delicious, with a slightly sweet aftertaste. The meat is tender and smooth, and there is no fishy smell at all.

Among the restaurants owned by Yuxiang Mixiang, the orange garden store and the Sifangping store have the best business, the latter is hidden under the orange garden overpass, and the courtyard is a small bridge flowing water, which seems to be a small farm yard in the bustling city. Yuxiang Mixiang also opened a viewing restaurant in Yuelu Mountain, with an antique decoration, so that diners can also enjoy the mountain scenery while dining. The brand's stores are attentive and responsive to diners' requests.
