Shu Daxia was founded two years later than Da Longyi, but its expansion speed in Chengdu and even the whole country is not inferior to the latter. Da Longyi's characteristic is spicy, while the label of Shu Daxia is Jianghu culture. In the environmental decoration, from the inside to the outside a pair of rivers and lakes, gilt plaques are hung high, there are martial arts characters painted in many places on the wall, and the ornaments are mainly scimitars and weapons, which are flamboyant and bold. In the dining room, the tables, chairs, and dishes are specially customized, and the copper casting faucet and iron pot are domineering. In terms of dishes, not only are the ten signature dishes named after martial arts titles such as "One Handsome and Nine Generals", but the dishes are also decorated with back flags and Tai Chi gossip, and at the same time, in order to cater to the preferences of young customers to take photos and share, many dishes use dry ice and flames to create a novel experience.

The bottom of the red soup pot of Shu Daxia is mainly made of Mantianxing pepper and Hanyuan pepper, and the spiciness, fragrance and color of Mantianxing pepper are more comprehensive, not as spicy as devil pepper, and not as spicy as Dalongyi; Hanyuan peppercorns are large and oily, and although the hemp flavor is mellow, it is not as strong as Jinyang green peppercorns and Jiangjin nine-leaf green peppercorns, so it will not make people feel excessive pepper numbness. The only downside is that the mellow and oily aroma may be a little lacking for local delicacies who are used to eating old hot pot, but for many out-of-town customers, it is actually enough to taste.

The other nine generals also have their own characteristics, and their appearance and taste are quite good, which are worth tasting one by one. Shu Daxia currently has 7 branches in Chengdu City, and there is little difference in all aspects, but like Dalongyi, there will be a large number of queues in the city center and scenic spots. The service staff of the restaurant are generally enthusiastic, and they take the initiative to order, serve and withdraw dishes in a timely manner.

At the beginning of 2018, Shu Daxia's upgraded brand Daxia Xingjianghu opened on Chunxi Road. Similar to Xiaolong over the river, Daxia Xingjianghu also focuses on the mid-to-high-end market, with 1,800 square meters of luxurious decoration, caves and museums, and is known as a hot pot restaurant with its own scenic spot. However, the restaurant was closed after less than half a year of opening, and the store claimed to be upgraded and reinstalled, and the current opening time is unknown. If you are interested, you can also pay attention to its dynamics and visit it again after it reopens.
