The Hong Kong Youth Hotel is across the street from the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and only 400 meters walk from Harbour City. The advantage of the restaurant is the environment, and the quality of service is also better than that of most hotels in the same price range.

The hall is bright, the southwest corner can see Victoria Harbour, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the south side can overlook the former Marine Police Headquarters (now 1881 Square). In terms of decoration, the main tone is white, which does not show the splendor of Hong Kong style, but is generous, which is most suitable for unhurried dining.

Zai Ling Ge did not choose gimmick ingredients, usually no lobster and abalone, in the face of "ordinary" ingredients, Zai Ling Ge can ensure quality. The beef eye meat is worth tasting repeatedly, the meat is roasted whole, the inside is slightly red and juicy, the quality is good, and the characteristic flavor of the beef is also rich, which is definitely better than most roast meat stores.
