Wu Fried Road is an emerging fried brand in Shanghai in recent years, relying on the spread of the Internet, it has created a great reputation for itself.
The visual experience is what Gopando Shosho Restaurant does best. Its interior decoration is much more "foreign" than the average fried restaurant, with arched doors, black and white light boxes, refurbished rickshaws and other elements like a combination of old Shanghai and modern. The emerald green samurai mushrooms on the menu are also eye-catching.
The fresh meat pan-fried in my fried road doesn't have many highlights. It is of medium size and has a sparse black sesame till on it. The dough is between semi-fermented and non-fermented, thin and soft, and occasionally breaks the skin and is served to the table. When you bite into it, the soup is plentiful, but the taste is slightly bland. The mincing is on the large side, and there is a lack of firmness in the fatness. The bottom plate is crispy, and there is nothing to find fault with.
The service is a little mediocre, which often makes diners feel that the hospitality is not good, and the waiter's voice is too loud, which has a slight impact on the customers.
