Founded in 2011, Myron Coffee is the leading coffee chain in China. In 2015, Mellon Coffee expanded overseas, with stores in Singapore, South Korea and other places. Mellon Coffee is also a Chinese member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the European Specialty Coffee Association (SCAE) and a Chinese coffee education partner.
Myron Coffee is the first chain enterprise in China to complete the construction of the whole coffee industry chain. It has a stable cooperative relationship with Jianli, a major coffee producing area in the world, and has a complete coffee bean import and export trade system. Myron Coffee has successively established coffee roasting factories in Shanghai and Yunnan, using a full range of coffee roasting production equipment from Germany Probat, fully automated production, with an annual output of 1,000 tons, roasting coffee beans independently, and developing coffee products by itself.
Myron Coffee has enough strength to get the best coffee beans. In 2016, Mellon Coffee won the first Land of Diversity Colombian Coffee Quality Competition, and became the bidder of the bidding for the coffee beans that won the championship of the best acidity and the best special flavor. Although Myron has deep pockets, it is difficult for ordinary diners to come into contact with a wider range of specialty coffees from Myron's outlets. Mellon Coffee offers a limited selection of specialty coffees, just a few common ones such as Yirgacheffe, Kenya, Colombia, Mandheling, etc. The barista in the store strictly follows the process of placing orders and brewing coffee, and answers all questions, but basically does not communicate much with customers. The overall coffee experience is mediocre.
