Sanrenxing Western Restaurant is one of the earliest self-operated Western restaurants in Guangzhou, opened in 2004 and co-founded by the three Huang brothers. Huang Jian, one of the founders and head chef, has lived and studied in France for nearly 20 years, and has a very good understanding of French and Western food, and is a pivotal figure in Guangzhou's catering industry. The three-person restaurant has been in business for more than ten years now, and has naturally been affirmed by many Guangzhou consumers in terms of cuisine, and as early as ten years ago, the three-person restaurant has actually been the benchmark of western food in Guangzhou. The French cuisine served here is still relatively authentic and can meet people's basic needs for Western food. The façade decoration of the restaurant is basically the same as it was back then, it looks relatively low-key, with the atmosphere of a corner restaurant on the side of the French street, but with a slight sense of date. In the past two years, the word-of-mouth evaluation of Sanrenxing restaurant has been declining, and the decline in the taste of dishes, the level of service cannot keep up, and the high price on holidays have become the main reasons for the decline in popularity.
