Heisenberg's restaurant is also a well-known German restaurant in China, the name of the restaurant is composed of the German "Haxn" and "Bauer", "Haxn" means German pork knuckle, and "Bauer" is an agriculturist. Heisenberg currently has 2 stores in Shenzhen, 4 branches in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chongqing and other places.
The menu is developed by the Group's Executive Chefs, Mr Tassotti and Mr Christoph, both of whom have worked in German restaurants in many parts of the world and have many years of experience in German cuisine, developing dishes that combine traditional flavours with new ideas. Chef Mr Long has also been engaged in German cuisine for 12 years, and has a good grasp of dozens of German dishes, and he is currently in charge of the restaurants in Shenzhen.
Heisenberg claims that all pork knuckles in the restaurant are 100% pure grain raised, and all have a certificate of origin, and there are strict standards for the weight and production of pork knuckles, each pork knuckle here is about 2.6 pounds, and each pork knuckle has to go through a total of 72 hours of production time from marinating to steaming, and the quality is quite excellent. At present, the restaurant serves a wide variety of pork knuckles, not only the most Bavarian classic pork knuckle, but also German pesto pork knuckle, rich lafite pork knuckle, strong cheese pork knuckle, Provencal rosemary pork knuckle, devil's flame pork knuckle, Berlin traditional pork knuckle, black pepper pork knuckle and lava chocolate pork knuckle for customers to choose from, which can be said to be a blessing for meat lovers.
One of Heisenberg's signatures is the sausage, a German chef's adaptation of the traditional Nuremberg sausage method. Authentic Nuremberg sausages are generally only 7 to 9 cm long, which is nearly half the 18 cm length of most German sausages, so a serving of Nuremberg sausages usually includes six sausages to ensure that the eater can have a full stomach. Heisenberg's sausage forgoes the quantity and instead greatly increases the length of the sausage, which is close to 1 meter in length, which can make people droop just from the sight, and the extra-large portions are more suitable for multiple people to share. In addition to Nuremberg sausages, the restaurant also offers a variety of classic German sausages such as snail sausage, chicken sausage, cheese sausage, currywurst and Munich white sausage, each of which is served with three sauces: green spicy mustard, tomato sauce and grainy sweet mustard.
In addition to traditional German Bavarian cuisine, the restaurant also includes some cuisines from Austria and Switzerland, such as German flame crepes, Austrian soft veal stew, Viennese traditional boneless veal steak, Viennese goulash and other dishes are also recommended by some German food lovers.
Heisenberg currently has 2 branches in Shenzhen, the old store is located in Futian Xinghe Coco Park, opposite the shopping park, bars, foreign restaurants are lined up, the surrounding transportation and shopping are more convenient, the new store is on the first floor of Raffles City, the decoration is more individual. There is not much difference between the taste and service level of the two restaurants, and the service staff are friendly and gentle, but the number of personnel is not large, and they are often too busy during the peak period of dining, and the slow serving speed and untimely service will have a certain impact on the dining experience.
