Pulse Cafe is a Mexican-inspired café and snack bar that is tucked away in a residential area but has a lot of popularity, and in 2016, Pulse Cafe was named "Outstanding Café" by City Weekend.
Unlike Sea World's Mexican restaurants, many of Pulse Cafe's dishes have been revamped to suit the tastes of domestic diners. The tortilla is the restaurant's signature dish, which is basically a must-order when you go to the restaurant, the cheesecake base is thin, crispy and firm, and the cheese with super ingredients can be pulled out with a lot of shreds as soon as you bite into it, and the slightly crunchy texture is more and more delicious. The crepes come in five flavors: plain, mushroom, bacon, grilled chicken, and onion jalapeño, and the product is stable, and each one will not disappoint.
The Mexican-style grilled chicken with jalapeño peppers has a slight sour and spicy flavor on both the crispy skin and the tender chicken, and the black pepper flavor is also quite strong in addition to the spicy taste. However, Pulse Cafe's roast chicken is usually pre-roasted and lacks freshness, so if you want to try the fabulous freshly grilled flavor, you can choose the lemongrass roast chicken, which is freshly grilled and juicy, so you can order it a day in advance. If you find the crepes and roast chicken too dry or greasy, you can order a mango prawn salad with a fresh and sour vinaigrette to ease the oiliness of the chicken, plus crispy seared shrimp and sweet mango flesh on an iron plate, which is guaranteed to bring another round of stormy eating.
Traditional Mexican dishes like burritos, nachos and taco are also available, but several of the most iconic foods don't stand out as pancakes and rotisserie chicken, and the reviews vary widely. If you're looking for a taste of this traditional Mexican food, it's probably safer to choose a Mexican restaurant located in Sea World.
Pulse Cafe is located in the food-filled vicinity of Fumin, and as soon as you exit the Fumin subway station, you can see a bright yellow signboard. The restaurant is small in size, with only 5 tables, and the interior is decorated with a strong Mexican atmosphere, with colorful small decorations everywhere, a hand-drawn map and various photos of the owner on the back wall of the restaurant, and a series of Mexican guitars hanging on the side walls and a series of football flags on the bar are also eye-catching. There are basically only 2 service staff in the restaurant, and they are kind and polite to customers, but the service staff will be busy during the peak dining period, and the service will be relatively slow.
