Lian Dining Group is a Hong Kong-based food and beverage management group with operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Chengdu.

Lian Dining Group has a total of six food and beverage brands, and currently has two in Shenzhen, namely Shang Lian Yue Thai Cuisine and Vietmiam Yun Xin Vietnamese Cuisine, of which Shang Lian Yue Thai Cuisine is the group's main brand.

Since its opening in Shenzhen, Shang Lian Yue Thai cuisine has been widely praised by diners, and the quality of some dishes is comparable to that produced by Siam Thai. Shang Lian's main course is Chiang Mai lemon sea bass, scrambled crab with golden egg curry, pork neck with lychee with green curry, and beef brisket with yellow curry; Snacks are recommended for crispy chicken wings with garlic butter and butter soft-shell crab rice paper rolls; Shang Lian's Tom Yum soup has a milder taste than other dishes, not very spicy, and friends who like heavy flavors can avoid this dish.
