Mancheng Sake Brewery, located near Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, is a pioneer in the pursuit of new Japanese sake. In 2002, the entire product line was set to Ginjo Sake Brewery or above, and it became all Ginjo Sake Brewery. Junmai Daiginjo, which is brewed by Kuheiji, has an elegant aroma and a layered taste, and is the first Japanese sake to be on the wine list of three-Michelin-starred restaurants in France such as Pierre Gagnaire and Guy Savoy. The most expensive "Other Shore" in the Jiuhei series is priced at 20,000 yen, while a large shipment like "Don't Say" only costs about 500 yuan.
