Nishiyama Sake Brewery has a 160-year history located in Tamba Takayama, and its sake brewing tradition has been designated as a "tangible cultural property" in Japan. After reviewing more than 200 sake products in Japan, wine critic Robert Parker gave this soft, fruity "Kokorum, Road, Flower, Aoi" the highest score of 93. Winning the Monde Selection Gold Award for three consecutive years and the ITQI Three-Star Award for two consecutive years has also made the drum a very popular sake, with prices ranging from 850 yuan to 1,200 yuan in China.
