Niulanshan Erguotou is produced in Beijing Shunxin Distillery, which has high-quality water sources from the Chaobai River and Balihan River, as well as sorghum grown in the black soil as a high-quality raw material. In 2007, Niulanshan Erguotou was awarded the pure grain solid-state fermented liquor mark, and the following year, "Niulanshan Erguotou Liquor Brewing Technique" was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list - distilled liquor brewing technology project. Today, Niulanshan Erguotou has long gone out of Beijing and has become the main force in the national low-grade liquor market.
 
Although Niulanshan Erguotou has always regarded itself as the "representative of light-flavored liquor", its products actually include light-flavored and strong-flavored liquor. The classic product called Green Cow, Green Bottle Erguotou, belongs to the fragrant liquor, which is fermented by solid-state method and brewed from sorghum, with an alcohol content of 56% and 46%. This wine has a sweet taste, a spicy taste, a strong throat burn, and a lot of stamina, but not on the top; The low price of less than 10 yuan makes it the first choice of liquor for many consumers. There are also white cattle and silver cattle at the same price, but it should be noted that although these two large items are under the name of "aging", they are both solid-liquid liquor, and liquid liquor is used in the production of raw materials, and the alcohol quality is inferior, which is easy to cause hangover. In addition, there are porcelain bottles in Niulanshan, which are positioned for banquet drinking, and the price is about 40 yuan, which is cost-effective.
