The product is fermented with Shuijingfang liquor Daqu, and the storage period is not less than 100 days, and the high-temperature koji and medium-temperature koji are mixed in proportion; Solid-state fermentation is adopted, the fermented grain is produced according to different fermentation periods, layered slow fire distillation, segmented quantity and quality picking, and stored in three typical bodies, and the aroma of wine sensory characteristics is mainly cellar aroma, mellow sweet and aged aroma. The fermentation cycle of the whole brewing process is long, and the age of the base wine used in the blending process is not less than four years, and the age of the flavored wine is not less than ten years. It takes at least five years for a wine to leave the factory from the time the raw materials are put into the factory.
 
The lowest price of Shuijingfang products is 200 yuan, and the ultra-high-end grade above 500 yuan is concentrated. The naming of each item is rich in cultural connotations, such as wells and picture scrolls, which are not unsophisticated in product design. The brand's flagship Zhenjiu No. 8, with an alcohol content of 52%, has the characteristics of delicate and round body, and the unit price is about 400 yuan. Another representative single product well platform, with an alcohol content of 52%, has a prominent grain fragrance, and the fragrance is unrestrained, and the unit price is about 550 yuan. Compared with Luzhou Laojiao, which is also a Sichuan fragrant wine, the flavor of Shuijingfang is sweet and soft, while Luzhou Laojiao is rich.
