In 2005, the China Food Industry Association announced the implementation of the technical specifications for the production process of the liquor industry, and Jiannanchun was awarded the mark of "Pure Grain Solid Fermented Liquor", and then won the title of China's time-honored brand, and the "Traditional Brewing Technique of Jiannanchun Liquor" was also selected into the list of national intangible cultural heritage. At the beginning of the 21st century, the liquor market was once a three-legged situation of "Mao Wujian", but Jian Nanchun suffered a heavy blow in the earthquake in 2008 and retreated to the second camp of famous liquor. At present, among the largest aromatic liquor categories on the market, Jiannanchun still occupies an important position in a stable manner, and is the preferred brand with high quality and low price in the hearts of many drinkers.
The brewing raw materials of Jiannanchun are sorghum, rice, corn, glutinous rice, and wheat; Liquor water is the glacier water of Longmen Jiuding Mountain, the water quality is clean, Jiannanchun "Tianyi Laohao" liquor workshop dozens of old cellars have been used continuously since the construction, it has been more than 1,500 years, the wine-making process adopts solid-state fermentation, low-temperature fermentation, running cellar technology, the finished wine is stored in a pottery jar, the base wine used in the blending link needs to be aged for more than two years, and the flavored wine is stored for more than ten years. The type of raw materials of Jiannanchun is the same as that of Wuliangye, and it belongs to the same aromatic wine as Wuliangye, so the aroma and flavor of the two are very close, but due to the differences in region, detail technology and blending, it can be found that Jiannanchun highlights the woody aroma, Wuliangye highlights the grain aroma, aged fragrance and slightly sauce aroma, and in terms of taste, Jiannanchun is more refreshing.
Jiannanchun has a wide range of products, Mianzhu series has a long history, the main product Mianzhu Daqu is made in the early years of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, on this basis, continuous improvement, in 1958 developed a high-quality Jiannanchun series, but Mianzhu series is still retained, because of its low price, as a low-cost ration wine.
The Jiannanchun series has become its flagship series, producing the brand's flagship 52 degrees Jiannanchun, which has maintained a good reputation for many years. When tasting, this wine is fragrant, with a pleasant grain aroma, delicate and layered taste, and refreshing in the throat, but the new wine made that year lacks suppleness on the taste, while the same wine of five years old is much softer and has a more mellow and milder aroma. The online unit price of this liquor is about 420 yuan, which is a high-end liquor.
In addition, it has also developed the Jiannan series, including the Golden Jiannan and Silver Jiannan, and occupied the mid-range and low-end markets together with the Mianzhu series, and developed the Dongfanghong series in the ultra-high-end. The 52 degrees of Jiannan series of Jin Jiannan K6, the wine aroma is clear, the taste is harmonious, and it is very popular because of its stamina, with a unit price of 170 yuan and high cost performance. In general, compared with Wuliangye and Luzhou Laojiao with the same flavor and strong fragrance, Jiannanchun is more affordable and can meet various needs such as daily drinking, party banquets, etc.
