Site Liquor uses rice as the raw material for liquor, medium and high temperature Daqu as the saccharification starter agent, and the raw materials are fermented in a red germanium stone cellar in a solid state, and the production process of "three in and four out" and mixed steaming and firing is adopted. Compared to other aromatic baijiu, its biggest feature is the koji, which is made from flour, wheat bran and sake lees. It is this special koji making that makes it produce a unique aromatic substance in the fermentation process, the wine has a compound aroma of thick, clear and sauce, but none of them is prominent, the aroma is comfortable and harmonious, and there is a highly recognizable rapeseed oil smell when sniffing. Compared with the same compound flavor type of liquor, the four special liquor is sweeter in the mouth, although the aroma is like a strong aroma type liquor, but the taste is relatively unclear.
 
There are a wide range of products in Si Te, covering high, medium and low grades, with an alcohol content of 45% and 52%. The popular series, from low to high, are the light bottle series, the star wine series and the oriental rhyme series. Among them, the Oriental Yun series, which is known for its exquisite design, is the flagship of the brand, and the representative single product is Hongyun Four Special Liquor, with an alcohol content of 52% and a unit price of about 150 yuan, which is suitable for self-drinking or gifting. The light bottle series of Si Telian Four, with an alcohol content of 52% and a unit price of only 16 yuan, is a very cost-effective ration wine.
