Its biggest feature lies in the wine storage link: Xifeng wine uses the wine sea as the storage device, the wine sea is made of wattle strips into a large basket, the inner wall is pasted with hundreds of layers of hemp paper, coated with pig blood and lime, and then used egg white, beeswax, cooked rapeseed oil in proportion to make a paint to wipe it, and dry it for the container used to store wine. After being stored in the sea of wine, more aromatic substances are dissolved in the sea of wine than in the pottery jar, which plays an important role in the formation of its flavor.
