Many people think that quartz watches are a Japanese invention, but in fact, the Tronosonic is the predecessor of Quartz watches, an all-electronic movement watch with a tuning fork developed by Baume & Mercier in 1971.
 
Baume & Mercier used to be quite brilliant, but after entering the Richemont Group, it has been tepid, and its popularity in China is not high, but fortunately, in recent years, Baume & Mercier's design has been greatly improved, and it is more prominent in the mid-range price of Swiss watches, especially the strategy of focusing on Crichton, which has turned out the excellent works of the 50s and redesigned, which has been widely praised. In addition, at the 2017 SIHH, Baume & Mercier launched several new Chrysmarcks, especially the MOA10330 chronograph, with a 42mm stainless steel bezel, white dial fine line decoration, lancet hands, and a blue strap.
