In 1993, Heluxue (China) Co., Ltd. was established.Unilever, the world's fast-moving consumer goods producer, has acquired a number of ice cream manufacturers. Including the French miko, many countries around the world have different names. In the UK and Asia, the English name is wall's Chinese name and Lu Xue.

Wall's Brand History

Wall's (Ice Cream) Ltd was originally an independent company that manufactures and sells Wall's brand ice cream in the United Kingdom, which is used only in the United Kingdom. Later it became part of Unilever. Today, Wall's is the trademarked brand name of Unilever's ice cream business.

In its early days, Wall's was just a British meat producer, and summer was the off-season for meat pies and sausages. It is said that in 1913, Thomas Wall and Son Ltd considered manufacturing and selling ice cream to increase its income during the off-season. But the outbreak of the First World War put this plan on hold. In 1920, Wall's was acquired by MacFisheries. In 1922, MacFisheries was acquired by Lever Brothers Ltd (together with Margarine Union, the predecessor of Unilever), and in the same year, ice cream was produced at a factory in Acton, London. Due to the significant growth of the ice cream business, Unilever has divided the company into two segments – T Wall and Son (Ice Cream) Ltd and T Wall and Son (Meats) Ltd. In 1994, the meat production company was sold. In 1959, Wall's doubled production by establishing an ice cream factory in Gloucester, England. In 1981, Unilever merged T Wall and Son (Ice Cream) Ltd with Birds Eye Foods Ltd to form Birds Eye Wall's Ltd. In 1983, after an evaluation of production facilities, the Gloucester plant was expanded, renovated and upgraded, while the Acton plant was closed ("Project Phoenix"). In the UK, Unilever continues to use Wall's as its ice cream brand.

Wall's entered the Pakistani market in early 1995, and soon after Lever Brothers acquired its biggest competitor in Pakistan, Polka Ice Cream.Unilever has been producing ice cream for a long time and is the world's largest ice cream producer. The tradition inherited by Heluxue is continuous innovation and improvement.

Heart-shaped logo

The heart-shaped logo was introduced in 1999 and minor changes were made in 2002. In more than 40 countries and regions (2006, Hong Kong, China, Chinese mainland, India, Indonesia, Sudan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, etc.) use the same heart logo, but in different countries have different names, the text under the heart pattern is localized, and the name of the acquired ice cream manufacturer is used, so that the acquired ice cream can still be widely accepted locally, It is also difficult for the local people to perceive that the previously known "domestic" ice cream has been unwittingly owned by foreign investors. It's called Wall's in the UK and Southeast Asia, Heluxue in China, Streets in Australia, Kibon in Brazil, Algida in Italy, Langnese in Germany, Ola in the Netherlands, and Frigo in Spain.
