Roland Bircht Champagne has an elegant golden yellow color and delicate bubbles. The nose is subtle and complex, with hints of citrus and ginkgo fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and savoury, fruity, well-balanced and has a timeless finish. Ideal as an appetizer champagne. It is the special champagne for the Academy Awards banquet every year. It is delicious with refined fish, light seafood, white meat and poultry dishes.

Rich in fruit aromas, it releases aromas of cherry and raspberry, with a rich palate and a well-balanced structure. The deep fleshy pink color is further deepened and beautiful against the backdrop of strings of delicate bubbles. The nose is fresh and pure, reminiscent of raspberry, black cherry and blackcurrant. Fresh fruity and mellow, with a long-lasting finish.

The wine is clear and elegant, with a bright color, and the delicate and mellow honey aroma of bubbles is intertwined with the aroma of almonds and cream cake. It goes well with cooked cheese, saltwater fish, chicken, veal and mushroom sauce.

Roland Baiyue Rose

Roland Baiyue Rose is one of the few dry rosé champagnes in the world that uses maceration (skin contact) to make it, rather than simply blending red and white grapes.

Dry rosé champagne, made in the traditional way of making rosé wines. The color is a pale pink, bright and clear. It goes well with desserts and appetizers made with red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries. A dish that can be served with duck in Chinese cuisine.
