Maoye International Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 8 August 2007. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the operation and management of department stores and property development businesses. It was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 5, 2008.

The Group is positioned as a high-end department store and shopping mall, providing a fashionable and diversified portfolio of goods and services for modern urban residents. Shenzhen Maoye (Group) Co., Ltd., founded on May 5, 1995, is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise group, with real estate development, property management as the core pillar industry, industrial investment and capital operation as the link, business involving real estate development, commercial property management, property management and other industries. Maoye Group adheres to the development model of "real estate department stores", and is committed to the development and operation of urban complexes such as five-star hotels, Grade A office buildings, shopping malls, large department stores, and high-end apartments.
