Shenzhen Yihe Co., Ltd. began to prepare for establishment in early 2007. In September 2007, it took the lead in obtaining the approval of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television among nearly 100 units applying for the call sign of shopping channels across the country, and established Yihe Shopping Channel of Shenzhen Radio and Television Group. Yihe Shopping Channel was officially launched on March 28, 2008. At the beginning of its establishment, the channel completed the hardware integration of the live TV broadcast system, built the three core systems of program production and broadcasting, customer service call, and logistics and distribution, and established supporting systems such as product development, commodity procurement, marketing, and company management. In the first year after its establishment, Shenzhen Yihe Co., Ltd. established cooperative relations with nearly 1,000 suppliers, including more than 1,500 kinds of high-end goods, including clothing, household appliances, multimedia communications, beauty and skin care products, household products, food, jewelry and other 14 categories. The total duration of the program has been extended from the initial 12 hours to 19 hours, covering almost the audience's daily life throughout the day.
In 2009, Shenzhen Yihe Co., Ltd. actively expanded sales channels and covered the scope of sales, the e-commerce website was officially launched on July 1, 2009, and on July 27, 2009, Shenzhen Yihe Co., Ltd. officially went out of Shenzhen and landed in Zhuhai. In the same year, it was successively landed in six regions of Guangdong Province, including Zhanjiang, Heyuan, Qingyuan, Zhaoqing and Meizhou.
