Founded in Japan in 1973, Ibex Group Holdings Co., Ltd. is a music and video production, performing arts agency, marketing, commercial performance, and film special effects production and distribution
Avex Group (commonly known as Avex Group), a Japanese private enterprise, multinational company, group company, and joint-stock company, the full name is Avex Group Holdings Inc. (Avex Group Holdings Inc.), which is famous for its entertainment and cultural industry and its entertainment figures led by Ayumi Hamasaki (the total performance record holder). The core business includes music and video production for Avex Entertainment Inc., performing arts agency for Avex Management Inc., and audio and video production and sales for Avex Marketing Inc., online download services for audio and video productions, membership services, marketing, commercial performances, and film special effects production and distribution.
Originally founded in the 70s of the 20th century, Aibecks was founded in October 1987 by Katsuren Matsuura and his employees. On April 11, 1988, the predecessor of Avex D was founded. In 1998, on the 10th anniversary of its establishment, it was merged and restructured, and was established, and began to expand overseas markets in the same year. Its music share (AVEX Trax) peaked at about 70% in Japan, accounting for an average of one calendar year every 3 months from the top of the Japanese industry. This has made it the largest record label in Japan and the largest independent record label in the world.
The company name comes from the English "Audio Visual Expert", but it has not actually used "AVEX" directly since its establishment. The Chinese trade name was changed to its current name on January 9, 2009, which is closer to the pronunciation of the English name.
In 2013, the value of its entire industrial output was about 8.6 billion yuan, improving the record held in 2001 mainly by the music industry. From a decadent industry in the physical music market, it has successfully transformed into a comprehensive entertainment company.
On November 16, 2006, Ibex Music & Video Production (China) Co., Ltd. was officially established in Beijing, backed by the largest record company in Japan and the status of AVEX on a par with the world's four major record companies. Although it was at a time when the mainland draft market was becoming hot, talent singers such as Li Yuchun, Zhang Liangying, and Zhou Bichang were popular, and there was no shortage of topical newcomers' debuts, but iBakers China did not want to sign draft singers, which also made Ibex China bear greater challenges and pressure than other record companies. At the beginning of its establishment, the company launched Jiang Yiyan, a "warm temperament new female voice", and did not hesitate to gather the world's behind-the-scenes production elites to launch a new album "Breathe with Love" as the first series of iBakers China. Its Tibetan female singer Alan is a local singer cultivated by Bakers China, and her ethereal and high-pitched voice has also won her a lot of praise, and she sang the theme song for the blockbuster movie "Red Cliff", which further enhanced her popularity in the mainland and laid the foundation for her subsequent entry into the Japanese pop music scene.
Despite this, after years of persistence and attention to the quality of music, Aihui Japan announced the dissolution of Aihuix China in October 2011, and only one branch of Aihui Taiwan was retained in Greater China. After the last Beijing album launch for Taiwanese singer Xin, iBakers China was dismissed at a low level, and the employee was compensated to leave the company and find another way.
