NaoZao coffee is the signature of CAFE'IN, and the raw material used is mash. The appearance of NaoZao coffee is clearly layered: the bottom is mash, the middle is espresso, and the upper layer is a salted milk cap. NaoZao coffee is characterized by its rich layers, it is not recommended to stir before drinking, and you can taste this layering more clearly in the first sip, and the sweet and sour taste of the mash will not overpower the bitterness of the coffee itself. After being evenly stirred, NaoZao has a different taste profile, with sweetness being more prominent than bitterness, but not greasy. In addition to NaoZao coffee, CAFE'IN also has a number of other creative drinks, which are all created by the baristas in the store, grape espresso is a popular summer limited coffee, using grape juice and espresso, the coffee bitterness is mixed with grape aroma, sweet and sour in the mouth.
Compared to creative coffee, CAFE'IN's single origin coffee performance is relatively average. There is no indication of single origin coffee on the menu, in fact, because the beans served vary from day to day. The coffee beans are placed in a conspicuous position on the bar, all of which are self-roasted, and the beans are basically maintained at eight to ten varieties, and the various information and flavor characteristics of the coffee beans are clearly written on the sealed can, and the barista will introduce the taste of each type of coffee to the guests in detail.
RATHER THAN A BOUTIQUE CAFÉ, CAFE'IN IS MORE INTERESTED IN CALLING ITSELF A "SPECIALTY COFFEE EXPERIENCE SPACE". CAFE'IN has a café classroom, and in addition to professional classes, visitors can also visit the café and exchange coffee knowledge with the barista in the store. CAFE'IN also holds brewing competitions and cupping meetings for the new green season from time to time.
Less than a year after its opening, CAFE'IN has already gained a high reputation in Xi'an, and the store is often full. The store is located on Xingshan Temple West Street, and the location is relatively hidden and not easy to find. The store is spacious and reasonably divides each area, and the details are very particular, such as a grapefruit water self-service area, a special photo area, and a regular change of style theme, and the photo area is separated from the coffee area, to a certain extent, to avoid the guests taking pictures from disturbing other guests.
