Dirty is Dirtymind coffee's signature coffee. Dirty is a new style of espresso that is poured directly over milk or iced milk, and it is not easy to make, and it can be seen in many cafes in Xi'an. The espresso used in Dirtymind coffee is Yunnan Pu'er and Mandhelin blends, and guests can also choose to replace them with SOE, and the milk is Yinqiao 6°C fresh pasteurized milk from Xi'an. Compared to latte, Dirty's coffee flavor is stronger, smooth in the mouth, and sweet in the aftertaste. The owner tells customers how to drink it before each cup of dirty, that is, there is no need to stir before drinking, and the first sip can taste a richer layer, and the sweetness of the milk and the bitterness of the coffee are balanced.
Dirtymind coffee offers two to three creative coffees depending on the season, and most of the creative coffees in summer are paired with fruits or foreign wines, such as GHOST with passion fruit, and BLOODY MRY, which blends vodka, lychee, and cold brew coffee. Creative coffee in autumn and winter is only made as a hot drink, with a high sweetness, and uses more ingredients such as brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Due to the frequent update of single origin coffee, the owner simply wrote the daily menu on the mirror, and there are fewer types, all of which are common beans, and the products are decent.
The coffee beans are roasted by hand by the owner, which takes better care of each bean than the mechanized pre-roasted one. The shop sells ear buns and cooked beans, and the packaging is designed by the owner himself. Dirtymind coffee also offers a 16g sample size, which is very friendly for customers who want to buy cooked beans but are not sure about the taste. The store is an inconspicuous small shop on the street, although the location is not remote, but it is not easy to find. The space in the store is small and the privacy is poor.
