In 1980, Li Anguo, the boss of Li Kee, began to start his own business, at first he sold breakfast on the roadside, and hot dry noodles were only one of the business categories, until 1998, when he opened up a door to sell hot dry noodles. Today, Li Kee has a large scale in Wuhan, with dozens of stores.
Li Kee's hot dry noodles are rich in ingredients, including sesame oil, chili oil, black bean sauce, and additional brine, so many hot dry noodle gourmets think that Li Kee's noodles are not "traditional". The abundant ingredients bring Li Kee's salty and fresh taste, and the brine and several kinds of oil diluted the sesame paste seriously, although it is more convenient to mix, but the strong aroma of the sesame paste is also diluted. Li Kee's noodles are slightly softer and less firm than those at the top of the list, but they are softer in the mouth thanks to the brine. Peanuts are the unique feature of this bowl of hot dry noodles, and even if the bowl already contains cowpeas and diced radish, it is difficult to hide the light and crisp taste of the peanuts.
Among the many stores in Li Kee, the Aviation Road store is one of the directly operated stores. The store is small in size, only a little more than 10 square meters, and the semi-open kitchen is located in the depths of the store. Three-to-two seating does not bring a high capacity, so many diners choose to eat noodles standing up. The waiter's attitude is average, but the food is served very quickly, and the noodles can be picked up after waiting a few moments in front of the window after ordering at the door.
