There are 1,000 bowls of hot dry noodles in the eyes of 1,000 Wuhan people, but for Wuhan University students, there is only one bowl of hot dry noodles, which is the Sanhuan hot dry noodles opened next to the Wuhan University apartment. It is favored by Wuhan students and is one of the latter's most important memories of hot dry noodles.
Like many of the shops on the list, Sanhuan Hot Dry Noodles is not a traditional hot dry noodle, but has been slightly changed. Its sesame sauce is slightly darker than that of Lao Tian Kee's old method, and soybean paste is added to increase the volume. The stark spiciness of this bowl of hot dry noodles is the most characterful feature, and even if it is slightly spicy, it can relax the pores of diners. After stirring and molding, the aroma of the hot dry noodles is exuded, and the sauce and noodles are intertwined, and the moistness is insufficient, and the whole bowl of noodles is shriveled. It's not as smooth as the hot dry noodles at the top of the list, but it's more memorable for its distinct spiciness.
Sanhuan Hot Dry Noodles has no dining environment at all, it has no façade, and it doesn't even have a sign. A small courtyard in the wall, with two parasols, set up this humble stall. Diners have nowhere to sit and can only take away or stand up. The owner is very welcoming, asks about taste preferences, and takes the initiative to help diners mix noodles in his spare time.
