In the early years, Li Mingzeng's noodle restaurant in Xuzhou Four Villages was quite popular in the community, not only did it perform well in the hot dry noodle competition held by the Wuhan Food and Drug Administration and the media, but also received a private interview with Chen Xiaoqing, the chief director of "A Bite of China". At that time, the entrance of the humble shop was always full of diners eating hot dry noodles with bowls. However, with the demolition of the four villages in Xuzhou, Li Mingzeng's noodle restaurant has been relocated to another location.

The owner Li Mingzeng has been making noodles for more than 30 years, and when the old shop was still not demolished, he took care of the noodles and sesame sauce, and now he is difficult to find in several Li Mingzeng noodle restaurants, and the production of noodles is slightly inferior to the past. The hot dry noodles at Li Mingzeng's noodle restaurant are slightly slimmer than others, but they are still firm and smooth. The secret sesame sauce is a lot of portions, but the aroma is not strong, resulting in the hot dry noodles mixed with a rich sauce but not enough flavor. Chopped green onion and diced spicy radish are mixed into the noodles as condiments, adding a touch of spiciness to the single sesame sauce flavor. Although this kind of taste can leave an impression on the mouths of authentic gourmets, it is often complained that it is not traditional enough.

Bidding farewell to the old store in Xuzhou Sicun, Li Mingzeng opened several stores in Wuhan, with the Jianghan 2nd Road store being the most popular. The small size of the restaurant and the fact that it could not accommodate a few people in the store opened a window to sell hot dry noodles, and the window also hung up with the award of Li Mingzeng to attract diners. It is common to see unparticular diners holding paper bowls and eating noodles in the store, which is full of market atmosphere.
