Most of the Sichuan restaurants in Chongqing are local brands, which are more spicy than those in Chengdu, Sichuan. The number of Sichuan cuisine brands in Chengdu stationed in Chongqing is not large, in addition to restaurants and clubs such as Darong He and Yu Yan, there is also Chaimen Rice.

Chaimen Rice belongs to Chaimen Catering Group and has a great reputation in Chengdu. Its Chaimen Mansion is also the signature of Chaimen, similar to club-style restaurants such as Yu Yan. Chaimen Rice is a younger catering brand, focusing on local specialties, traditional snacks, various nutritious rice, Western-style open-oven barbecue, supplemented by Cantonese-style soup and porridge. Chaimen Rice has two stores in Chongqing, both of which are located in shopping malls, continuing the style of Chengdu stores.

The dishes of Chaimen Rice tend to be fusion, and even the spicy taste is much softer than that of Jianghu cuisine. Douhua fat beef has a strong rattan pepper flavor, the spicy taste is not big and the numbness is even worse, and the fat cow and bean curd can also be blended just right. After the bean curd is soaked in rattan pepper, the moment it melts in the mouth, it also brings numbness into the mouth. The traditional braised pork is also modified into orange-flavored cherry meat, and the tangerine peel is chopped into pieces, and the granules are covered with caster sugar, and the flavor of the sauce adds to the flavor of the orange peel. However, this dish is sweeter than ordinary braised pork, so it is suitable for customers who like to eat sweets. There are also dishes such as boiled bullfrog, steamed vegetables, squid in a dry pot, preserved eggs with peppers, and white meat with garlic paste, but they are lighter than the taste.

Located on the top floor, the MixC store is equipped with an internal lobby dining area and private rooms, as well as an open-air dining area separated by lush greenery between the dining tables. If the weather is clear, choose to dine in the open air, which will have a wider view and more air circulation than indoors.
