Rusvia is a local restaurant chain brand in Chongqing, mainly promoting new Sichuan cuisine, and has branches in Guanyinqiao, Liujia Wharf, Nanbin Road and other places, and the scale of each branch is different. All branches are equipped with lobby dining areas and private rooms, although the scale is not as large as that of restaurants, but they can meet ordinary banquets.

In addition to the traditional Sichuan dishes, other non-Sichuan dishes such as roast duck, durian crisp, and squirrel fish can also achieve seven or eight points. The dishes are rich in seafood, Cantonese cuisine, barbecue and other different dishes, and the spiciness and taste of each dish are also clearly marked on the menu. Although it is a Sichuan restaurant, the squirrel fish in Huaiyang cuisine has become one of the signature dishes of the restaurant. The squirrel fish is made of osmanthus fish, which is shaped like a squirrel, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and then poured with a steaming sauce before serving, with a sweet and sour taste.

Sichuan cuisine, on the other hand, is mostly an improved version. It should be noted that the Chinese food at the Guanyinqiao store is divided into lunch and dinner, while the other two branches start at 10 am and can serve meals until after 10 pm.
