Rusvia is a local restaurant chain brand in Chongqing, mainly promoting new Sichuan cuisine, and has branches in Guanyinqiao, Liujia Wharf, Nanbin Road and other places, and the scale of each branch is different. All branches are equipped with lobby dining areas and private rooms, although the scale is not as large as that of restaurants, but they can meet ordinary banquets.
In addition to the traditional Sichuan dishes, other non-Sichuan dishes such as roast duck, durian crisp, and squirrel fish can also achieve seven or eight points. On the other hand, the Liujia Pier store is a 4-storey building, with a bright space, a large number of private rooms, and a view of the riverside, which is more suitable for banqueting guests. The Nanbin Road store is similar to the Liujia Wharf store, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for a panoramic view of the Jialing River, and the balcony design also allows for better air circulation throughout the restaurant. It should be noted that the Chinese food at the Guanyinqiao store is divided into lunch and dinner, while the other two branches start at 10 am and can serve meals until after 10 pm.
