The personality of the three is not as good as that of the year, Xiaojiahe store has the decoration characteristics of a new Internet celebrity store, although the configuration is not luxurious, but the walls and ground are clean. Its decoration pursues the restoration of the life style of the 90s, and the walls are covered with colorful graffiti. The Longhua store retains the style of the market, and the interior is simple, which can only accommodate three or two tables of diners, and more customers need to eat in the open air at the entrance of the store.
Although there are currently only two branches in Chengdu, the business of Sanbu has developed outside of Sichuan Province, and it is difficult for the founder to personally check the food as he did in the early days of the store, so he chose to standardize the food preparation process. Sanbu insists on using rapeseed oil, which is more in line with the traditional eating habits of Sichuan, and all the soup bases must be boiled for 12 hours, and all kinds of dishes are also directly supplied at designated points. There is also a mist spray in the dining cabinet of Xiaojiahe store, and its dishes can be kept relatively fresh at any time. In addition, the sesame oil in the store is also specially supplied directly, and the fragrance is stronger than the ordinary brands sold in the supermarket.
Sam Bu Peng offers all the common skewer dishes, among which the original beef skewers are the most popular in the store, in addition, yellow throat and gunliver are also frequent customers in the cold pot skewers. It is worth mentioning that Sanbu provides three schemes: oil dish, dry dish, and original soup dish. Although the sesame oil has its own characteristics, we recommend mixing the dry dish with the original soup plate, otherwise the flavor of the skewers will be a little lighter. The store also provides common snacks in Chengdu such as brain flowers and rabbit heads. In addition, compared with the Longhua store, the probability of the founder appearing in the Xiaojiahe store is greater.
