Shibo Craft Brewery Bar is not bright in the 1912 block of Baijiahu, but it has a good reputation, and it can compete with Master Gao in the Nanjing craft brewery bar industry. Owner Xu Fei has been learning to brew his own beer since 2009 and has actively participated in various home-brewed beer competitions. In 2014, when Shibo opened, Xu Fei's beer business also developed from a small self-brewing business to a slightly large-scale craft brewing. In 2018, the three ingredients produced by Sibo won a silver medal at The International Beer Cup held in Japan, and another dark ale in the store won a bronze medal in the competition.
There are 17 breweries in the company, half of which are in-house craft beers and the other six or seven are imported or craft draft beers from other breweries. The award-winning three-ingredient beer and dark ale are among the store's most popular drinks. Triple, a 9.5% alcohol by alcohol (9.5%) strong dark ale with a rich hops, fruit and yeast content. The taste is slightly bitter, but the aftertaste is long and fruity. The dark ale foam is rich and delicate, the body is clear, but the color is dark, and the wine is undrunk and wheaty, with citrus and apple notes. After entering the mouth, the bitterness is calm and palatable, and the hop aroma is rich, which makes many drinkers have an endless aftertaste.
The façade of the Sabel Bar is not large, and most of the store is used as a brewery, leaving only a small space for the bar. The tavern is decorated in an American industrial style, with gray bricks and black beams, with wood-colored tables and leather sofas, which looks warm and lively. The service is warm and attentive, and different beers are recommended for different customers, so even customers who don't usually have much contact with alcohol can easily pick their favorite sake with the recommendation of the bartender.
