IM Teppanyaki & Wine的主厨莫燦霖在业界相当有名,他专攻日本料理,先后在日航酒店、香格里拉酒店等星级酒店内日餐厅担任铁板总厨,还曾担任Hong Kong田舍家行政总厨。莫燦霖烹饪的料理偏向本地人喜好的口味,食客与主厨沟通几乎无障碍,因此客源不断,人气不减。

铁板烧的烹饪形式相对单一,普遍缺乏口感层次,但是,在主厨莫燦霖的烹饪下,铁板料理同样呈现出多样的菜式及层次丰富的口感。前菜以海胆与牡丹虾搭配出场,顺滑咸鲜,作为开胃菜,食材选择就出手不凡。甘鲷是IM Teppanyaki & Wine的王牌菜品,用锅在铁板上上焖煎而成,起锅后的Sweet sea bream鳞竖起,鱼肉白嫩,勾人食欲。肉菜Prepared with Kagoshima A5 grade wagyu beef, it is served with shiitake mushrooms and pumpkin, and the taste experience is further enhanced.就连炒饭也诚意十足,用料毫不吝啬,口味被不少食客盛赞。除此之外,铁板烧吸引食客之处在于食物在眼前烹熟的过程,以及厨师的花式表演,在大饱口福的同时也大饱眼福。

IM Teppanyaki & Wine午晚市均有营业,午市套餐价格十分亲民,有四款可供选择,价格在HKD280至HKD680不等,如果预算有限,不妨选择午市时段前往。晚市设有单点及套餐,套餐价格为HKD1480到HKD1800,单点则HKD1000起步。建议提前预订。
