The name of Harbour View has nothing to do with its setting, this restaurant is located on the lower floor of the InterContinental Grand Stanford Seaview, which really has no connection with the sea view, but the excellent food has helped it win back into the city.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Leung Fai Hung has been with the hotel since 1995 and has been with the hotel for more than 20 years, and has won the Gold Medal of the Grand Honour of the Hong Kong Tourism Association on several occasions.

Similar to other star-rated restaurants, the menu at Ocean View Restaurant also includes classic dishes such as swallow abalone wings, seafood, soups, and siu mei, and each dish is a masterpiece. Waiters walk through the hall with steaming dishes, and if someone orders a stir-fried dish or a casserole, the smell of fireworks fills the space and whets your appetite.

The main meal at Seaview Xuan tastes good, and the occasional production is impressive. Dongpo buckle stuffed meat is a dish worth playing, suddenly look at it to think it is Dongpo meat, look closely to know that it is made of crystal clear winter melon, the chef hollowed out the middle of the winter melon, stuffed pork, ham and mushroom grains, in order to fake the real. In 2009, the Dragon Emperor White Jade Roll was awarded the title of Honorary Gold Medal Famous Dish and is also a reserved dish of the restaurant. The bottom layer is a soft and smooth egg white mixed with turquoise spinach puree, the middle is a shiitake mushroom drizzled with shrimp gelatin, and the top layer is white Dongxing patches, poured with cloud leg silk, and then served with a fragrant crab egg naonnaise sauce and the result is it. The whole dish looks refreshing and pleasing to the eye, and the layers are stacked, which makes people can't bear to spoil this work of art.

Not only is the main meal done well, but the dim sum is also amazing. The signature original abalone soup dumplings, organic brown rice chicken with conpoy, Wagyu beef song saltwater corner, pan-fried fire phoenix buns, a serving of 3 pieces, 3-4 people enjoy just right. The restaurant also launched a 198 yuan lunch dim sum buffet, which can be learned by diners who love dim sum.

Harbour View Pavilion is decorated in gold and burgundy tones, creating a retro and elegant environment. There are 5 private rooms in the restaurant, the layout is relatively simple, and there are no windows, which is a pity. The waiter is very service-minded, and the timing of the bone plate is also just right, which makes people feel very comfortable. However, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance for dining at Seaview Xuan, and the special dish of sliced duck should be informed to the restaurant in advance, so as not to regret not being able to eat it.
