Our barbecue was originally located opposite the east gate of Zijingang of Zhejiang University, and has been in operation for ten years, and is deeply loved by many students of Zhejiang University. At the beginning of 2018, our private barbecue was closed due to the property problems of the store, and soon after that, we started a new stove in the area of Moganshan Road and Mu New Village, and invited Chongqing paper-wrapped fish chefs to include paper-wrapped fish in the restaurant's menu. Although the location of the restaurant is quite remote, there are many regular customers who come to visit it very much, and the popularity is evident.
In terms of ingredients, our private barbecue has shown full sincerity, and the signature private meat skewers, mutton skewers, etc., are all fresh meat skewers on the same day, and the taste advantages brought by fresh ingredients are also significantly amplified under the refreshing seasoning. At our private barbecue, doubts about the quality and freshness of the ingredients can be put to the fore, especially when it comes to barbecue restaurants.
Many of our meat barbecues start with 5 skewers, among which private meat skewers are the signature of our barbecue, and they are the only meat skewers that enjoy the treatment of iron skewers. The private meat skewers are pork belly, and the lean meat is the majority, the muscles are strong, and a spice imported from Russia is used when the skewers are pickled, so it is also known as the "Russian meat skewers" among the regular customers, and the taste is closer to the Northeast barbecue, the taste is solid, and the grilled material is delicious. Most of the meat barbecue is dry and fragrant, not much moisture, among which the meat quality of the mutton skewers is relatively rich, the proportion of lean meat is higher, the meat is more sufficient, and the meat tendons are also worth a try, half tendons and half meat, elastic but not tough, while the beef skewers are more chai in taste, and the color of the lamb chop skewers is also more general.
Our family has a lot of grilled food seasoned with a lot of garlic, such as scallops, oysters, baby cabbage, eggplant, etc., most of the taste is soft and rotten, and the garlic is fragrant, among which scallop oysters and so on are charged on a case-by-case basis. The small yellow croaker here also has a certain level, tender meat and fine skin, but slightly smaller. Chicken gizzards, chicken wings, palm treasures, grilled shrimp, grilled steamed bread slices, baked potato slices, grilled leeks, etc., basically no minefields.
The newly launched private paper-wrapped fish has greatly enriched the barbecue menu and changed the restaurant's positioning, from a pure barbecue stall to a "paper-wrapped fish restaurant with delicious skewers". There are two options of sea bass and grass carp in the private paper-wrapped fish, both of which are freshly killed, baked on paper until half-cooked, and then served with a baking tray, plugged in and boiled, and a variety of side dishes can be selected, soaked and cooked in the soup. The paper-wrapped fish has several flavors: signature garlic, pickled pepper tempeh, and sweet and sour tomato, and pickled pepper tempeh is the most recommended and has the highest spiciness. The fresh meat of the edible fish is thick, spicy but not dry.
Our new private shop of paper-wrapped fish and barbecue is located at the bottom of Jiayuan Ginza, Moganshan Road, and you can see it behind the five-star electrical appliances. Although the location is out of the box, public transportation is accessible, parking is also very convenient, and parking tickets are available at the shop. The restaurant is decorated simply, with 2 floors above and below, with excellent sanitation and smooth exhaust fumes. The service attitude of the restaurant is quite warm and attentive, and when the paper-wrapped fish is cooked, the waiter or owner will help turn the noodles and help master the heat. The shop is not large, and there are no toilets, so if necessary, you can go to the public restroom in Jiayuan Ginza.
