Shanghai Sixth Normal Affiliated Primary School - Institutional Review

Founded in 1906, the founders were Pan Weiji, a gentry of Pidgin and Liu Zhitao of the Qing Dynasty, formerly known as "Pidgin Primary School", which is one of the earliest modern schools in China. In 1960, it was renamed Shanghai Sixth Normal Affiliated Primary School. Abbreviated as the Sixth Division; In 2001, the school was listed as Hu Ronghua Chess School in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, which is the only professional chess school in Pudong New Area.

There are three campuses in Yushan, Haiphong and Fangfei, with a total area of more than 40,000 square meters. Among them, Fangfei Campus is the youngest, established in 2012, with all students from grades 1 to 5 on campus. The Yusan Campus is the headquarters of the Sixth Division, where only students in grades 1 to 4 are studied, and students in grades 5 attend classes at the Haiphong campus.
