The third largest public primary school in Pudong and one of the few public foreign Chinese schools in Shanghai. Founded in 1987, Fushan Foreign Chinese Primary School (hereinafter referred to as Fuwai) was formerly known as Fushan Road Primary School in Huangpu District, which was transferred to Pudong New Area in 1991 and changed to its current name in 2002. The school has four campuses, including Fushan, Ruihua, Huayuan and Zendai, each of which is fully equipped with gymnasiums, language laboratories, computer rooms, music rooms, art rooms, libraries and English reading rooms.
