Kyoto Eight Pieces
Eight kinds of Beijing-style pastries with different shapes and tastes were created by the imperial dining room of the Qing court and spread to the people. It is filled with eight kinds of raw materials such as jujube paste, green plum, raisins, roses, bean paste, sugar, bananas, pepper and salt, and is made of oil, water and noodles to make the skin, and is stuffed with skin and baked.
