Nowadays, Huajiayi Garden is blooming everywhere in Beijing, and business is very hot. Gui Street can have today's reputation, and Huajia Yiyuan has a credit that cannot be ignored. The flavor of thirteen-spiced crayfish is slightly lacking, and the aftertaste after entering is relatively long-lasting. Compared with Hu Da Restaurant and Nanjing Weigang Dragon Palace, Huajia Yiyuan is obviously inferior to the first two in terms of freshness. In fact, compared with crayfish, the Beijing Eight pieces of Huajia Yiyuan are more recommended. As a restaurant with Beijing characteristics, the environment of Huajia Yiyuan is quite good, and the courtyard store attracts a large number of tourists with its antique architectural style. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every night, the program performance is a major feature of the Courtyard Restaurant, with melodious folk music performances, wonderful unicycle knife and noodle performances, hair-thin dragon beard noodle performances, gongfu tea art, Sichuan opera face changing, cooking juggling, sugar gourds, dough kneaders, roasted sweet potatoes, etc., all of which left a deep impression on diners.
