The nature of the studio is mostly Tianpin, and the cake room upstairs usually takes on more teaching and R&D tasks, so it even has a strange business hours that are "only open to the public on weekends". Still, ingenuity and meticulous attention to quality have made this small shop in the depths of the hutongs a well-known cake shop in Beijing.
