锦泰来泰餐厅&起点咖啡是新华1949文化园区的标志餐厅,2016年春开业,主打泰国菜和咖啡,优雅的格调完全满足了小资吃泰餐的愿望。 店内每张桌子上都放有一篮赠送的虾片,落座后店员会端上一杯水,水中有香茅、柠檬丝,口味清淡而微香。餐厅的菜式分量都比较小,但摆盘都落足心思。比如炭烧猪颈肉用木披萨托摆放,想忙鲜虾虾沙拉用木号角装,冬阴功汤用小火持续加热,还看见店员端着冒热气的小石锅路过,让人忍不住多看一眼。蔬菜也是用超大的白色碟子盛放,颇有像西式简餐摆盘靠拢之意,与咖啡厅的理念不谋而合。 餐厅还有一些非常特别的菜式。如这道泰茜鳄鱼肚,用鳄鱼肚、泰国香菜、洋葱、红椒,香芹等配菜制作而成,口感酸甜爽口。Stir-fried crocodile intestines with assen sauce在别处同样难得一见,杏鲍菇、阿森酱的点缀让鳄鱼肠甘香爽脆。当然,食材中的鳄鱼养殖和流通符合国家相关法律法规,可放心享用。Crystal bull scalp也是The specialty, marinated in Thai white brine, has a salty and fragrant taste and is particularly chewy. 除此之外,锦泰来蜜汁叉烧、青柠辣汁煮桂鱼、辣椒膏炒扇贝/鲜鱿均是人气火爆菜式。另外,这里的海鲜食材非常新鲜,牛油焗大虾、梅子煎大虾、咖喱皇大虾用的均是个大弹牙的九节虾;越式黑胡椒炒蟹268元/例,可选斯里兰卡蟹、珍宝蟹。其中斯里兰卡蟹以蟹钳肥大、蟹肉饱满、肉质鲜嫩著称,被誉为斯里兰卡“国宝蟹”。每只蟹都是当地空运到店,以确保出品正宗。 值得一提的是,这里也是品尝甜点和咖啡的好去处。起点咖啡有单独的菜单,内含多款常见意式咖啡,如常见的焦糖玛奇朵、拿铁、摩卡;蛋糕每日有几款出品;特饮有龙眼水、柚子蜜、青柠香茅水等就连中国茶、鲜榨果汁都有好多款可选。饮品基本在20~40元之间,价格适中。 餐厅位于园区内一个下沉嵌入式建筑内,闹中取静。内部装修非常有文化气息,从地面的花岗岩、墙上的挂画到随处可见的鲜花绿植,营造出舒适放松的氛围。临窗沙发座非常舒适,三个连着的包房,分别可以坐8~12人,包房服务费从100元~280元。店员都是年轻人,男生数量占绝对优势,整体气质形象都不错,彬彬有礼,妥帖细致。客人对哪道菜不满意,可以让厨房重新做。这家餐厅的菜价偏贵,性价比不高,但环境和服务加分不少。洗手间配有洗手液、护手霜、棉签,非常贴心。这家泰餐适合口味偏淡,对环境要求高的客人,一般无需等位。另停车费需要自理。
