The small red lanterns on the ceiling, the large green cushions, the waiters in red jackets, the private rooms composed of green quilts and kang heads, and the murals explained in the Northeast dialect are all lively and noisy. Laogen Villa is mostly for tour group dining, and the hall is lined up with a large iron pot of smoke and stew, and the cooking efficiency is very high. You can eat almost all the classic Northeast dishes here, the taste is quite authentic, but the oil and seasoning are relatively heavy, the Northeast barbecue is salty, the pot wrapped meat is crispy and sweet, the meat section is crispy and dripping oil, and the pork stewed vermicelli fat accounts for a high proportion...... The most recommended is the five grains harvest, which contains corn, purple potatoes, Huaishan and pumpkin, all of which are glutinous and sweet, with egg stew sauce in the middle for dipping. Also, if you're eating on your own, remember to avoid the large number of Sichuan and Cantonese dishes on the menu. There are also bags of sauerkraut and other Northeast specialties that can be purchased in the villa, which is not like an independent restaurant, but more like a canteen equipped with scenic spots. Sitting on the natural traffic that comes to the house, the service training of Laogen Villa is relatively poor, and there is often a phenomenon of talking back to diners. If you are traveling nearby, or are planning to watch the performance of Liu Laogen Grand Stage at 8 o'clock in the evening, Laogen Villa can still be used as a full stomach, and it is not recommended to make a special pilgrimage to taste.
