Four Seasons Hotel - E-Zhen - Reviews

Yi Zhen is an Italian restaurant operated by Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, a worldwide luxury hotel chain, which won the 2016 Italian Hospitality Excellence Award, the highest honor for Italian restaurants in the world. The restaurant is located on the 72nd floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, more than 200 meters above the ground, and the view is more special than that of the Ling Xuan Pavilion on the 30th floor of the Garden Hotel.

Yizhen's pizza is the best in Yangcheng, and many diners come here. Using flour imported from Italy as raw material, it is manually baked in a brick pizza oven, and because of the original pizza baking method, it has extremely high requirements for the chef in terms of heat control. However, only brick-baked pizzas have an authentic Italian flavor. The current chef of Yizhen Restaurant is Italian celebrity chef Filipp, and the restaurant's cuisine is mainly Italian. In addition to the authentic Italian pizza, there are plenty of pastas to make you want to linger, the most popular of which is the spinach spaghetti --- Hiplinia, which is made from spinach juice and served with Parma ham, cream and Parmesan cheese. Yizhen also has roast suckling pig, but it is not Cantonese suckling pig, but authentic Italian food, marinated in herbs and lemon and roasted, which has a unique flavor. The desserts are all from Italy, and girls have no resistance to them.

At least one-third of the buffet price at Yizhen Restaurant includes the environment and scenery, which is not as cost-effective as the Grand Hyatt Cafe Room at the same price. But also because of its high style, it has become the preferred place for couples to date and have business dinners. In addition, Yizhen's buffet is served with alcohol, and Yizhen prefers a pleasant and romantic dining experience compared to the Cafe Hall that really allows guests to eat well. Therefore, in a relatively formal setting, whether you choose a buffet or a la carte, Yizhen Restaurant is a good choice.

Designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), one of the world's leading hospitality design firms, the restaurant is decorated with Murano crystal glass chandeliers. The elegance and elegance of the restaurant are beyond the reach of ordinary restaurants. The service is naturally a five-star standard, and the telephone booking response is timely, clear and humble. The waiter will remember the last name of the guests at each table and use affectionate salutations when serving to make the guests feel at home.

Currently, the restaurant only offers an external buffet service for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, and a buffet brunch on Sundays. Generally, reservations need to be made three to five days in advance, and window seats are the most scarce, if necessary, they should be included in the reservation. In addition, a 15% service charge will be added to each table.
