Xiu Restaurant is the hotel's western restaurant, serving buffet and à la carte dishes.

The buffet of the show restaurant is down-to-earth and seasonal, and there are not many dishes, but most of them are sincere. The wasabi is freshly ground from wasabi and has remnants of plant fibers, so it is not particularly spicy and has a fragrant aftertaste, making it a great accompaniment to seafood and sushi. It is very rare for a Japanese restaurant in Shenzhen to have freshly ground wasabi, and it is even more rare to be able to eat freshly ground wasabi in a cafeteria.

Xiu Restaurant has only one open kitchen, but the space is large enough to include all the hot dishes served in the restaurant. There are about 130 seats in the room, and they are evenly distributed on both sides of the kitchen, and the dining area is relatively centralized and convenient.
