Frette Italy
Founded in 1860, Frette is known for making luxury bed linens and is one of the oldest luxury textile manufacturers in the world. Since 1880, Frette has been appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Italy to make bedding for Italian embassies around the world, and the following year became the official supplier of bedding to the Italian royal family. Frette products are not only officially certified, but also favored by many of the world's leading five-star hotels, including the Ritz in Paris, the Savoy Hotel in London and The Peninsula Hong Kong, as well as the Titanic and the Orient Express. Long-staple cotton has always been the go-to fabric for a quality four-piece bed set because of the longer length of the cotton fibre and the softer and smoother fabric. Frette uses high-quality long-staple cotton and processes it through different weaving techniques, such as plain and satin, and finishes it entirely in Italy, resulting in a four-piece fabric with a tight structure. Among them, the satin craft product is Frette's masterpiece, the fabric feels smooth, breathable and shiny.
