All beers are brewed on the basis of lambic, and the brewing of fruit lambic beer is made by adding fruit juice to lambic; French Roury is made by adding syrup on the basis of a one-year aging in lambic oak barrels; The Gaisce blend is made by adding sugar and carbonic acid to the lambic beer.
 
Kriek Cherry is one of Lindemann's most popular beers, and renowned contemporary beer expert Michael Jackson has even named Lindemann Kriek Cherry Beer one of the 5 best beers in the world. This cherry beer has a bright red color with a pale pink head, full of cherry aroma, a sour taste, and a hint of sweetness, but as a beer, it is more like a bottle of juice, and the alcohol presence is too low.
 
The peach extract concentrate is added to the barrels of the beer, which have been naturally fermented for six months, and after about a year of fermentation, the brewing of the peach lambic is completed, and each bottle of peach lambic contains at least 30% of the peach extract concentrate. This peach beer has a sweet peach aroma, the entrance is sour, the peach flavor is not very prominent, but the overall refreshing, sour taste is milder than other fruit lambic, which is more acceptable, and many people think that peach beer is the easiest to drink among Lindeman's fruit beers.
