There is no doubt that owner Peter Zien is the soul of AleSmith, having worked as a winemaker at AleSmith Distillery for six years before acquiring AleSmith, which has become one of the nation's preeminent artisanal distilleries. AleSmith has two signature beers, the AleSmith IPA and the Speedway Stout. First of all, the AleSmith IPA, with an alcohol content of 7.3% and a bitterness of 73%, brings it the aroma of citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruits with a variety of American hops. Ranked 6th in the Ratebeer IPA category, with more than 2,300 people scoring it, the IPA is hailed as the benchmark for American West Coast-style IPAs.
 
The bottle is printed with the formula car track and checkered flag, AleSmith's track stout is a top-notch work, with an alcohol content of 12%, rich in connotation, adding a large number of roasted coffee beans to create a rich coffee and chocolate aroma, and the burnt aroma and coffee flavor of roasted malt in the entrance jointly suppress the alcohol taste, the wine is full and mild, and it is very smooth. In addition to the regular track stout, AleSmith has also launched a number of derivative versions based on it, such as the over-bourbon barrel version and the national version, AleSmith aged the track stout in premium bourbon casks for a year, thus creating the eighth place in the Ratebeer Global 50 list: Bourbon Barrel Aged Speedway Stout.
 
If you are looking for a low-alcohol AleSmith, you may want to consider the nut brown ale, the British-style brown ale has an alcohol content of only 5%, a beautiful red body, and a smell of nuts, cream, and caramel, which is light and thin to drink.
