How about Firestone Walker Craft Beer

Recommended wines: Union Jack IPA, Easy Jack IPA, Parabola

Founded in 1996 in Santa Barbara, California, the fourth largest craft brewery in California, the company relocated to Paso Robles, California, five years later. In 2015, Firewalker was acquired by the Belgian Dove Beer Group.

The Firestone Union fermentation system is a specialty of Firestone Walker, where the primary fermentation of the beer takes place in oak barrels, giving the beer a woody flavor. Nowadays, most brewers age their beer in wooden barrels, but there are not many brewers who do primary fermentation in oak barrels, and there are only two in the world: Flintwalker and Martson's Brewery.

In 2008, Flint Walker released the best-selling Union Jack IPA, a West Coast-style IPA affectionately known as the Rice Flag Beer, which uses pale malt as the raw material and is brewed in three batches with a large amount of dry hops, revealing a rich fruity aroma. The social version of the Easy Jack IPA, also known as the Xiaomizi Banner beer, also has a rich hop aroma, but the alcohol content is not too high, and the body is light and suitable for multiple people. These two IPAs are the flintstone walker beers that we can buy in China at present, and the price is 20 yuan per bottle.

The Flint Walker's Cask Vintage collection includes Barley, Imperial Stout, Four Beer, Oatmeal Stout, and Brown Ale, among which Parabola (parabola) is their top product, and this bourbourbon cask aged Imperial Stout and Goose Island's BCBS are considered the best bourbon cask aged Imperial Stout in the world. In China, you can occasionally see the earlier vintage of the Flint Walker barrel of vintage series beers, most of which are brought back by individuals rather than imported in volume, and the asking price is higher.

In 2006, Firestone Walkers started an experimental brewing project called Barrelworks wild ale, using traditional Belgian fermentation methods at their factory in Buellton, using wild yeast, bacteria and a large number of barrels to brew wild beers in limited quantities, and have so far successfully brewed 17 varieties of wild beers. However, this Barrelworks series has almost no purchase channels in China.
