Zacapa has not only won the World Luxury Association Award, but also won the Gold Award in the Premium Wine Category at the International Cane Sugar Wine Festival, beating more than 1,600 rums, and won the first place in the International Rum Tasting Competition for five consecutive years. From sugarcane cultivation to bottling, Zakapa controls all production steps in-house. Unlike most rums, which are distilled with molasses, it is made from virgin local sugar cane juice, distilled and brewed in cool highlands, aged in bourbon, sherry and cognac barrels, stored at a controlled temperature of around 16°C, and blended for 6-23 years. Each drop is matured in several different casks. ZacapaXO is the top of the spectrum, with a deep amber colour and a seductive aroma of brown sugar, raisins, maple syrup, cask char with fresh florals and tropical fruits, toffee, chocolate and mocha on the palate that you might even want to wear it on your wrist as a perfume. On the palate, it is full of layers, full of fruit and apricot compote, and the texture is very smooth and smooth. Wrapped in elongated palm fronds, Zacapa's price is prohibitive for most Guatemalans, making it an aristocratic rum brand. The cheapest Zacapa wine is also sold for more than 400 yuan, and the rest of the wine is priced at around 700 yuan.
