Magazine Annual "Consumer Goods" Design Feature Award, the 2010 Design Award at the Chicago Athenaeum, and the US Good Award The Design Award was won by this nail clipper. Its subversive lever rear design is known as "the world's first ergonomically designed" nail clippers and is protected by patents in the United States, Japan, and China.
 
Klhip Ultimate Clippe was produced using Metal Injection Molding (MIM), but it was not possible to make an ideal product in the United States, and finally found a production partner in Seki, Japan. The product is so unique that the imperfections are also noticeable: the exterior is painted with a matte lacquer, which causes the friction of the lever contact points to peel off due to the inspection process on the production line. The bump point is the injection point, and the circle is the positioning point, which is a process-determined appearance problem. Although the surface material is made of 440C stainless steel of Sumitomo surgical scalpel grade in Japan, the durability is not good, and due to the material itself, there will be spots on the surface, which need to be wiped and maintained.
 
The Klhip Ultimate Clipper has an unusual design compared to the usual flat clippers: the handle is broken at an angle of nearly 180°, and then the handle is pressed to drive the nail clippers to cut the nails with a double lever. The advantage of this shape is that the knife edge is closer to the finger, so there is no force mistracking. Its folding design has one more layer than ordinary flat scissors, resulting in a lack of elasticity, and the knife edge is not crisp when biting the nail, which is slightly soft, but at the same time will not cause the nail to splash. The arc of this nail clipper is relatively tough, the edge of the nail is not rounded after cutting, and the incision delamination occasionally occurs in the face of harder nails, and the sharpness is slightly lacking. In addition, because this nail clipper has a lot of protrusions after folding and storage, the portability is not very good. The price of a single nail clipper on Amazon in the United States is 79.95 US dollars, about 550 yuan, and the overall cost performance can only be said to be average, which can be regarded as a brand that takes the appearance route.
