Fotile built-in oven how about brand introduction

Fotile is a leading brand of kitchen appliances in China, and has been focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of built-in kitchen appliances since its establishment in 1996. Built-in ovens are one of Fotile's nine kitchen appliance businesses, with a strong brand. In 2018, Fotile's Z2M7 oven won the German iF Design Award.

Fotile ovens are priced at a higher price and are positioned as high-end kitchen appliances. Fotile currently only has built-in ovens, and they are all single ovens, without combined microwave and steam functions. According to different capacities, Fotile has launched five products: the 43-liter E2T, the 50-liter E2 and C2SG, the 58-liter E8, and the 60-liter F1. Among them, the price difference between E2 and C2SG with the same capacity of 50 liters is quite large, 5700 yuan and 9200 yuan respectively, but C2SG only upgrades the original 6-stage baking mode to 8-stage, and the basic function and material are the same.

The trick to cooking is to control the heat transfer to food. Low temperatures will cause food to remain alive and fail to destroy parasites and bacteria; If the temperature is too high, the surface will be charred, losing nutrients and generating harmful substances, and only the right temperature can ignite the delicacies. Good temperature control is a key factor in evaluating an oven. The temperature control of the oven, such as the E2T, is very precise, adjusting the temperature between 35 and 250 °C, which can quantify the entire heating process. The 43-liter oven costs 5,000 yuan, and can hold four six-inch chiffon cakes on the same floor, which is enough for a family of four for daily use.

The right temperature also requires uniform heating, which can lead to half-cooked or partially charred food, which can seriously affect the cooking experience. There are three main ways of heat transfer, medium conduction, fluid convection, and electromagnetic radiation. Boiling takes advantage of the convection effect of boiling water, and the surface of the food is heated evenly. The same is true for frying and steaming, using the convection of boiling oil and water vapor. The cooking method of stir-frying mainly uses the heat conduction of oil and the pot to the food, and the contact surface is heated, so it needs to be constantly stir-fried, and it is easy to burn if you are not careful.

The heating situation in the oven is more complicated, the infrared radiation of the electric heating pipe unevenly grills the food on both sides, but the air conduction is extremely slow, and the grilling process is extremely susceptible to uneven heating, until the advent of the Convection oven in 1914. This fan-activated oven introduces fluid convection into the electric oven, where the hot air convection accelerates the completion of the food and promotes uniform heating of the food. Fotile oven follows this function, through the three-dimensional hot air circulation system, to ensure the uniformity of the temperature of the same layer. Experimental tests show that the temperature difference between Fotile oven and the same layer is less than 7°C at 180°C, which is first-class in the industry.

Due to the infrared radiation in the electric heating pipe, the multi-layer glass door can only inhibit the conduction and heat transfer of the internal hot air to the outside, and the ordinary door will inevitably heat up to 50°C or even higher due to radiation. Fotile uses LOW-E glass that can reflect infrared radiation, which blocks the heat inside, and will not burn even if it works continuously for a long time. Like Fotile's other kitchen appliances, Fotile ovens also enjoy a 5-year warranty service, with the longest after-sales period in the industry.
