Jiannanchun is a large-scale liquor enterprise in China with a history of more than 1,500 years. On May 1, 1951, the Mianzhu People's Government nationalized more than 30 distilleries such as "Zhu Tianyi", "Yang Hengshun", "Taifutong" and "Tianchengxiang", and established "Sichuan Mianzhu Local State-owned Distillery", which was officially renamed "Sichuan Mianzhu Jiannanchun Distillery" in 1984, restructured into "Sichuan Jiannanchun Co., Ltd." in 1994, and established "Sichuan Jiannanchun Group Co., Ltd." in 1996.

The long-term royal use of the Tang Dynasty royal family has established the historical status of Jiannanchun's "Tang National Liquor", which has been deeply branded with the imprint of the Tang Dynasty civilization. Jian Nanchun is the only famous Chinese wine recorded in the official history, and it is also the only surviving famous wine of the Tang Dynasty in China. Mianzhu, the production area of Jiannan spring wine, has a history of three or four thousand years. The pottery wine utensils unearthed from the Sanxingdui site in Guanghan and the exquisite wine vessels such as the bronze and beam pots of the Warring States period unearthed in Mianzhu Jintu Village, the wine-making portrait bricks (residual stones) of the Eastern Han Dynasty and other cultural relics such as the "Huayang National Chronicles? Historical records such as "Shu Zhi" and "Book of Jin" can confirm that Mianzhu produced wine no later than the Warring States Period. As early as more than 1,200 years ago, Jiannan spring wine became the imperial wine of the palace and was recorded in the Book of the Later Tang Dynasty? Dezong Benji", the "Supplement to the History of the Tang Kingdom" written by Li Zhao, a scholar of the Chinese Academy, also listed it as a famous wine in the world at that time. In the Song Dynasty, Mianzhu wine-making technology had a new development on the basis of inheriting the previous generations, and produced "goose yellow" and "honey wine", among which "honey wine" was collected as a unique wine-making method in Li Bao's "Continuation of Beishan Wine Classic", and was listed as one of the famous wines in Song Boren's "Little History of Wine". During the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1662~1722 AD), large-scale wine-making workshops such as Zhu, Yang, Bai and Zhao appeared, and the traditional brewing skills of Jiannan spring wine were further developed. "Mianzhu County Chronicle" recorded: "Daqu wine, Yi specialty, mellow and fragrant, white color, like clear dew. By 1949, there were more than 50 wineries, liquor stores and hotels specializing in Mianzhu Daqu, and Mianzhu Daqu was known as Chengdu's "wine world". It is also sold to Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai and other places. Taiwan's "Sichuan Economic Journal" said: "Sichuan Daqu wine, the first to recommend Mianzhu." ”

The company has three "national treasures":

The first is "China's top ten new archaeological discoveries", "national key cultural relics protection units", and selected into the "China World Cultural Heritage Preliminary List" of the "Tianyi Lao" live cellar group, its scale is large, the production factors are complete, the preservation is complete, and it is still in use of the original site of living cultural relics, which is rare in the world, and is a major discovery of China's modern industrial archaeology. Around the "Tianyi Laohao" ancient wine workshop, there are 695 ancient cellar pools that have been continuously used in the Ming and Qing dynasties.

The second is the "Jiannan Spring Liquor Traditional Brewing Technique" selected into the national intangible cultural heritage list as a typical representative of China's strong aroma liquor.

The third is the "Jiannanchun" brand that was selected as the first batch of "China time-honored brands".

Jian Nanchun has six "unique genes":

First: masculine - from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The high mountains of Mianzhu give birth to a kind of masculinity for Jiannanchun, the growth and reproduction of Jiannanchun's wine-making microorganisms, and the fermentation and storage of Jiannanchun's fine wine.

Second: Holiness - holy water from thousand-year-old glaciers. The water used for Jiannanchun brewing comes from the glacier water of Jiuding Mountain in Longmen, northwest of Mianzhu. The underground mineral water here is not affected by any foreign bacteria and surface water, and can be quietly and calmly exchanged with ancient rock formations and gravel from the Ice Age millions of years ago, and finally mineralized, forming a natural weak alkaline mineral water of excellent quality. Every drop of them has undergone at least 16 years of natural penetration and mineralization, and is rich in calcium, strontium, sodium, potassium and other natural mineral essences and trace elements, which can be called the world's top mineral water.

Third: Wealth - wine rice derived from Mianzhu's specialty. Mianzhu is located in the northern end of the Chengdu Plain Pingba District, because of its proximity to the plateau and special glacier water resources, the grain crops such as wine rice (glutinous rice) and rice produced here have always been famous for their full grains and mellow taste, which provides special raw materials for the production of Jiannanchun.

Fourth: Fragrance - from the 1500-year-old cellar. In June 1985, the "Tianyi Lao" brewing workshop unearthed in the underground cellar of the bricks found on the "Yongming five years" four-character inscription, archaeological experts after a comprehensive investigation that the "Tianyi Lao" brewing workshop of the underground cellar was built no later than the Southern and Northern Dynasties period of the Southern Qi Yongming five years, that is, 487 A.D., 1524 years ago, is the oldest liquor cellar in China. Around the "Tianyi Laohao" ancient liquor workshop, there are 695 ancient cellar pools that have been preserved in the Ming and Qing dynasties, covering an area of 60,000 square meters, and the scale is unique in the whole industry. From the perspective of modern microorganisms, the ancient cellar is no longer a simple mud cellar, but a fermentation vessel, a microbial life carrier and a cradle of gestation.

Fifth: ingenuity - from the inheritance of innovative skills. The traditional brewing technique of Jiannan Spring Liquor inherits the ancient method of "mud cellar solid fermentation", and all of them are stored in pottery jars. In terms of scientific and technological innovation, Jian Nanchun has always been at the forefront of the industry, and is the first enterprise in Sichuan famous liquor to be awarded the "National Enterprise Technology Center". Xu Zhancheng, the chief engineer of the company, is known as the "father of Chinese liquor flavor design" and "the father of Chinese liquor morphology". In 2009, the "volatile coefficient determination method" independently developed by Jian Nanchun with international advanced level obtained the national invention patent, which solved the worldwide problem of identifying the year of distilled spirits. At present, the company has 956 senior and middle-level technical titles; 4 experts enjoying special allowances from the State Council; There are 2 Chinese liquor masters, 2 members of the expert group of the China Liquor Committee, 8 national liquor evaluation committees, and 3 Sichuan liquor masters, making Jiannanchun Group one of the enterprises with the largest number of national liquor evaluation committees in China's liquor industry.

Sixth: Elegance - from the noble character of the wine. Li Zhao, a scholar in the Tang Dynasty, wrote the "Supplement to the History of the Tang Kingdom", which recorded the world's famous wines from Kaiyuan to Changqing (713-842 AD): "The wine has the rich water of Yingzhou, the Ruoxia of Wucheng, the spring of the cellar of Xingyang, the frozen spring of the stone of Fuping, and the burning spring of Jiannan..."; Old Tang Book? Dezong Benji records: "Jiannan Sui Gongchun Wine Ten Hu", which proves that "Jiannanchun" was the "national wine" in the Tang Dynasty.

More than 30 brands, hundreds of varieties, such as Jiannanchun and its series of brands 30-year-old collection Jiannanchun, Jiannanchun 15-year-old wine, Jiannanchun 10-year-old wine, Dongfanghong, Jiannanlaojiao, Mianzhu Daqu, etc., have won national, ministerial and provincial quality awards for many times.

With the business philosophy of "integrity and high quality, benefiting others and benefiting oneself", the mission of "inheriting the traditional national culture and developing the Chinese national wine civilization", and the spirit of "perseverance, self-improvement, daring to think and fight, and striving for first-class", Jiannanchun people have created excellent economic, environmental and social benefits.
